Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for eligible items.
To qualify for a return, the item must be:
- Unused and in original condition
- Free from damage, stains, or signs of wear
- Returned with original packaging and tags
Custom-made, personalized, or made-to-measure kilts are non-returnable unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you regarding the approval of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Exchanges
We offer exchanges for defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped items.
If you need a different size or product, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately with your order number and clear photos of the item.
We will arrange a replacement, exchange, or refund as appropriate.
Custom Orders
All custom design, personalized, and made-to-measure kilts are specially produced according to customer requirements and are therefore not eligible for return or refund, except in cases of manufacturing defects or shipping errors.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or sent incorrectly.
We recommend using a tracked shipping service for returns.
